4 Position electric antenna switch. 100Watts …definitely not a hi-power device! Good for HF and 6m. SWR not that great for VHF, but useable–not for 22o up. Slight cosmetic blemishes and a scratch or two–but nothing that effects its performance. Comes with a power supply. $20 to ship in a prepaid flat rate box anywhere
