UBA excluded Russian and Belarus

“Decision on the participation of stations of the Russian Federation and Belarus in the activities organized by UBA.

With regard to participation in activities of a competitive nature (competitions, ARDF competitions, obtaining awards, etc.), the UBA Board of Directors has decided that UBA will comply with the measures of the various sister associations of IARU and regular sports organizations.

This means that, until further notice, radio amateurs from the Russian Federation and Belarus are excluded from participation.

For Belgian participants in the various contests organized by the UBA, this means that QSOs with stations from the aforementioned countries earn zero points and cannot be used as multipliers either.
