This is the M-32 Morse code trainer. I assembled it from a kit and is has been tested as fully functional. The kit alone sells for 91 Euros ($133 plus shipping) and is shipped from Europe and I have misplaced the two small paddles which came with it but they can be ordered very cheaply (about $5) . It does not need them anyway if you have a paddle. Comes with antenna and can hook up to small lipo battery. Great way to practice. Can ship for $25 in Canada. http://www.morserino.info/
