This appears to be an HDP-121 Heath desk mic. I got it in a box of bits and pieces, minus a connector. I have therefore not tested it, but I see nothing concerning. It looks pretty good, especially given the age, but there are a few minor blemishes visible.
I don’t have any Heathkit equipment in my collection and don’t have any desire to add any, so this is surplus to my needs.
