I have a Yaesu FT 817 ND Transmit on all bands ok but only receives on 40 and 30 meters properly. I suspect its a protection diode that is blown or a shorted RF pre-amplifier. Radio looks pretty nice and ND is confirmed with the serial numbers. Comes with Carrying Pouch, battery, Mic and power
